Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Elitetides.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded, including supplements and personal care items.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elitetides@protonmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.


Lost or Missing Returns

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Proof of postage is required for all approved returns.
